Open Question: iPhone cannot connect to iTunes store or Internet?

I have an iPhone 3GS 16GB. Since my latest sync I have not been able to connect to the internet or iTunes store. I get the following message when going into the app store or iTunes store via my iPhone: "Cannot connect to iTunes" It won't let me connect to the internet either, and I get a pop-up that tells me I need the password for parental controls. (Or apps, like FML or MLIA etc) I've tried multiple sites on the internet, and it won't even allow google. I'm really confused. I've tried resetting all settings on my phone, and the network settings as well. (Via reset in the settings) I'm at wits end. I need my phone and as I use the internet and app/book store all the time, I need this problem solved. Anything you know of to help? Thanks in advance for replying to my question.
